Overview
 
What are the dates of RevUP 2024?
 

We are kicking off the conference on Monday, March 18, at 12:00pm with attendees that pre-registered to one of the two concurrent Certification Courses (spaces are limited). We will then officially kick-off the conference with a Welcome Networking Reception at 5:00pm – all attendees, sponsors, and partners are invited!

On Tuesday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 20, we will have two full days of sessions, featuring keynotes and panel discussions.

Note: If you are taking the Certification course we recommend you arrive on March 17. If not, plan to arrive early afternoon on March 18. We also recommend leaving the evening of March 20th or on March 21st.

Where will it take place?
 

All sessions and social events will take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, located at 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019. Learn more about the venue and what it has to offer here.

Where can I find the conference agenda and schedule?
 

You can find the agenda at a glance on the main page. Full agenda will be available soon.

Will the sessions only be in English?
 

Yes, all RevUP content will be delivered only in English.

Will there be a hybrid/virtual component to the event?
 

This is a 100% in-person event and sessions will not be live-streamed. However, for the first time all attendees will gain access to the recordings and presentations of most sessions after the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

Will the sessions be recorded?
 

Most of the sessions will be recorded and attendees will get exclusive access to the recordings after the conference.

Will the PPT Presentations be shared?
 

Yes. All attendees will have access to presentations if speakers agree to share it.

How much is a registration pass?
 

Each pass costs $1200 and registration will be open until March 11th.

Additionally, you can take advantage of the pre-conference promotions:

Travel & Accommodations
 
I’m travelling from outside of the United States, how can I get a visa?
 

Please review online the US entry requirements for citizens from your country. We strongly recommend reaching out to your local US embassy or consulate for more details. If you need an invitation letter for your US visa please send a request to revup@revizto.com.

Where should I stay?
 

All learning and social events will take place at the Gaylord Rockies so we strongly recommend you take advantage of our limited room block with special room rates. After registering and purchasing a pass, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to our hotel room block with the discounted room rates to stay at the Gaylord Rockies. Please make sure to book your room before February 23, 2024 to take advantage of these discounted rates. To visit the room block page, click here.

  • $269/night for a Traditional Guest Room*
  • $269/night for a Traditional Guest Room + $50 – Mountain View Upgrade*
  • $269/night for a Traditional Guest Room + $100 – Junior Suite Upgrade*
  • $269/night for a Traditional Guest Room + $200 – Executive Suite Upgrade*
  • $269/night for a Traditional Guest Room + $400 – Deluxe Suite Upgrade*

*These rates don’t include taxes or fees. The total tax collection is presently 12.75%, which includes the Aurora Lodging tax (8%), Colorado State tax (2.9%), Adams County tax (0.75%), Cultural District tax (0.10%), RTD Commuter Rail tax (1.0%). An additional $2.00 Aurora Destination Marketing Fee will apply daily.
Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable public improvements fee or “PIF” (currently 2.5% of the room rate per room per night) in effect at the time of check in. If you have any questions regarding these taxes and rates, please reach out to the Gaylord Rockies directly.

Additionally, Gaylord will add a $28 resort fee plus applicable taxes to each guest room which includes the following amenities:

  • Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to six (6) devices
  • Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network
  • Access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park
  • Use of scheduled shuttle service to/from 61st & Pena commuter rail stop

What’s the closest airport to the venue?
 

The closest airport to the venue is Denver International Airport (DEN) – located at 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249, United States. The airport is around 12 minutes away from the Gaylord Rockies. Ride sharing (Uber/Lyft) is available in the area.

What are the Registration Desk hours?
 

The Registration desk will be open on:

  • Monday, March 18, 7am – 7pm.
  • Tuesday, March 19, 7am – 1:30pm.
What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
 
  • Exhibitor Move-In: Monday, March 18, 7am – 7pm.
  • Expo Hours: Tuesday, March 19, 9am – 3pm.
  • Expo Hours: Wednesday, March 20, 9am – 2:30pm.
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, March 20, 4pm – 10pm

How can I download the Attendee App?
 

Please follow these steps to download the Attendee App on your mobile device the week prior to the event:

  • Click here or search for RevUP 2024 on the App Store or Google Play
  • Open the app and enter the email address you used to register for the event
  • Create a password and click Sign Up
  • Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event!

How do I connect to the WiFi?
 

We will be sharing the network and password soon.

What is the dress code of this event?
 

The conference will be smart business casual.

Certification
 
What is the Certification course being offered?
 

We are offering Expert Level 1 and Expert Level 2 certification courses followed by an exam to become Revizto certified. As an exclusive attendee benefit, participating in one of the two courses (a $400 value) has no additional cost.

Do I need to register for certification?
 

Yes, please complete the pre-registration question during the event registration.

Can I skip Level 1 and become Revizto Level 2 certified straight away?
 

No. You must complete the Level 1 exam before proceeding to Level 2. Both levels will be available during Monday, March 18th, but they will be happening at the same time and only one can be chosen.

What social events can we expect?

  • Dinner & Awards: Tuesday, March 19, 6:30pm – 10pm | Dinner, drinks, live music, and more. This is THE event of the conference you do not want to miss!
Are meals provided?
 
  • Monday, March 18 – Lunch for certification participants
  • Tuesday, March 19 – Breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Wednesday, March 20 – Breakfast and lunch
What if I have a food restriction?
 

During registration, please complete the food restrictions question. We will provide these to the venue along with your name so they can have a meal prepared for you. During any of the meals, please let a server know that you’ve arrived so they can bring out your plate of food.

Policies & Releases
 
Will I be recorded or photographed at the event?
 

Revizto will record, photograph, transcribe, film, or conduct similar activities at the Conference. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Conference, you grant to Revizto and its affiliates, agents, employees and assigns an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty- free right and worldwide license, in perpetuity, to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for any purpose relating to their business, all or any part of the following items related to the Conference: all still photographs, and/or any audio or video recordings that Revizto or its contractors make and/or take of you, your voice, or likeness, including the right to use your name, likeness, and biographical information, and all materials (electronic or hard copy) submitted or presented by you, including any materials submitted via social media handles.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?
 

The health and safety of all Conference attendees are of utmost importance, and will take necessary precautions and abide by all applicable local, state, and federal COVID-19 safety measures. Revizto may, at its discretion, impose additional restrictions or change the Conference format to a virtual event in order to protect attendee health and safety.

The Venue is part of Marriott International’s family of brands; they have implemented a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. Revizto will monitor changes to applicable regulations and communicate any changes in safety measures and requirements as RevUP nears.

We strongly encourage attendees to stay home if ill, display signs of illness, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

What’s your cancellation policy?
 

Cancellation requests must be sent to revup@revizto.com. Revizto shall issue a full refund of your pass purchase price, minus any discount, for any cancellation received by Revizto before 11:59 p.m. GMT March 11, 2024. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received by Revizto after these deadlines. Delivery charges and any other amounts will not be refunded. Please note that your refund may take up to 30 business days to process.
