In this session, Eric and Adrian will walk you through two real-life use cases of how they successfully used Scan to BIM services at McCarthy to ignite collaboration among trades, owners, and designers using Revizto as the single source of truth. They will share how to use the platform’s functionality to solve problems by getting scanned data into Revizto, ensuring it shows up correctly in the federated model, clashing against it, and using the dashboards for sign-off. This deep dive will also cover strategies for creating geometry from point clouds, and dive through best practices for implementing this geometry into your clash batches for BIM Coordination.

In times of rapid industry change, it’s important to go back to basics and remember the “why” behind why we do what we do. In this keynote, Rick Khan will address the challenges people face in total building coordination, the importance of solid business and BIM processes to address those pain points, and insights into how to leverage the right technology to drive commitments and effective measured coordination results. At the core, we will address the value of BIM and VDC, which improve collaboration and communication through a visual medium in order for project teams to make proactive and better-informed decisions.
