About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Customer Success Implementation Director EMEA, the Customer Success Implementation Manager MENA acts as the trusted advisor to all the clients within their region and industry with high levels of autonomy and critical decision-making. They will join a driven and focused team, dedicated to bringing our collective industry knowledge together to drive the evolution of the application, and they will work in concert with the development team to continue to offer the best-in-class construction and design collaboration software available.

The position can be located in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage industry expertise to onboard new customers and expand the use of Revizto for existing clients.
• Strategize with clients on best practices to onboard their teams and expand the growth of Revizto with new incoming clients and current clients.
• Work with Account Managers to complete the onboarding and renewal process with all assigned clients
• Technical Support and communication to the Service Team to resolve client issues
• Create documentation both for internal Revizto purposes as well as client-facing documents when required
• Technical public presentations such as industry events, webinars, e-learning courses, etc -Industry trade show company representation – travel up to 50%

Requirements and qualifications:

• 7+ years’ worth of education and work combined experience with a minimum of 2 years work experience in BIM, VDC or Construction Technology related positions, including field positions using mobile technology
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solibri, or other industry-relevant software
• Strong personal interaction and written communication skills
• Ability to adjust to and help develop custom AEC industry digital workflows across different scopes
• Strong understanding of the local market
• Ability to read and adapt to specific audiences
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Drive to learn more about industry technology to help drive development

About the Opportunity:

This position is available for a sale professional in the AEC industry who has a passion for helping organizations leveraging new technology to improve their business processes. The ideal candidate for this position should have good skills in selling BIM technology or other similar computer software. He or She should be driven by innovation and have an entrepreneurial spirit. A successful track-record within AEC software sales is critical for this role. We’re looking for candidates with a “hunter” approach. This is an opportunity to join the passionate team of Revizto driven by an ultimate goal of creating a software platform that will change the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop primarily direct new sales as well as grow existing accounts
• Create and execute a lean sales strategy for our Iberia market
• Attend, speak and represent Revizto at industry trade shows and events
• Maintain and grow existing sales targets
• Report and work closely with EMEA Director as well as with VDC Leads to identify key target accounts
• Available to travel around 20-30%

Required skills & experience:

• At least 5-years experience in solution sales in the AEC industry or any other similar software
• Knowledge of the local and national AEC market, construction project lifecycle
• Ability to demonstrate the product with proper business acumen and a certain level of technical know-how
• Business acumen and leadership skills
• Customer relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in Spanish; strong professional skills in English, any other language a plus (Portuguese, Catala, Valenciano, Basco…)
• Dynamic personality able to interact with all levels of an organization
• Ability to keep an accurate forecast and pipeline in Salesforce
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media channels
