Binsky leveraged Revizto to enable the seamless delivery of Hackensack University Medical Center’s pipe system
Hackensack University Medical Center is a 781-bed non-profit research and teaching hospital serving tertiary and healthcare needs located seven miles west of New York City in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey. This medical center is one of the largest hospitals in New Jersey by bed count.
Improved Collaboration and Next-Level Issue Tracking
Binsky's virtual design work for the Hackensack University Medical Center resulted in a significant reduction in field labor. By shifting those man-hours to the manufacturing facility instead, everything typically assembled in the field could be manufactured and assembled off-site, allowing Revizto to become the single source of collaboration from the basis of design to the schematic design, and right through to the construction phase.
Now [with Revizto] we have a central location, a single source of truth. Are we good with it? Do we want to make changes? Let's talk about it, get it finalized, and move it on down the line.

| Without a collaboration tool, complex pipeline installation projects can be challenging to deliver on time and on budget. Getting and keeping the design, build teams and eight major contractors on the same page is also quite a demanding task. Additionally, working in tight, highly congested spaces required a new approach. | By utilizing Revizto, Binsky revolutionized their processes with rich digital assets capable of transforming their workflows and collaboration. By extending model access to all stakeholders, regardless of technical skill level, it was possible to get everyone on the same page and tackle issues as soon as they presented themselves. |

According to Edward Latus, Senior Virtual Designer at Binsky, Revizto opened up communications with the field and the management team as well. It has allowed them to easily identify where the problems are, solve them, and share this information with the team. Once a struggle, now a seamless process.
Without BIM/VDC technologies, changes implemented down the line will incur considerable expenses, which could otherwise be easily avoided. Revizto not only provides a single point of access for the entire team, that facilitates easy back-and-forth communication, it also helps to solve issues on the go.
Dan Reuter, Vice President of Operations at Binsky, believes that the largest return comes from collaboration from the entire project team. As a result, the installation is smooth, the fab comes out exactly the way it was designed, and all pieces can be assembled as planned. The entire production process is seamless.
Centralized Coordination with Revizto
Offering a combination of limitless, centralized collaboration, multistamping and stamp automation, real-time issue tracking and reporting, and clash coordination and management, Revizto encompasses every significant component for a successful project. From beginning to end, Revizto provides powerful and innovative tools that the entire team can leverage. The time and resources saved translate to a successful implementation.
My experience with it has been really, really good. As a communication tool, it can't be beaten. The amount of information I'm able to get from a foreman and their input – you can't put a price on that. The Revizto team is always there for us. They are always ready to jump on the phone or the computer and go over the issues we're having, or talk about how we can solve problems.
