What’s your conference cancellation policy?
 

Cancellation requests must be sent to revup@revizto.com. Revizto shall issue a full refund of your pass purchase price, minus any discount, for any cancellation received by Revizto before 11:59 p.m. GMT January 27, 2025. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received by Revizto after these deadlines. Delivery charges and any other amounts will not be refunded. Please note that your refund may take up to 30 business days to process.

What are the dates of RevUP 2025?
 

We are kicking off the conference on Monday, February 3, at 12:00pm with attendees that pre-registered to one of the two concurrent Certification Courses (spaces are limited). We will then officially kick-off the conference with a Welcome Networking Reception at 5:00pm – all attendees, sponsors, and partners are invited!

On Tuesday, February 4 and Wednesday, February 5, we will have two full days of sessions, featuring keynotes and panel discussions.

Note: If you are taking the Certification course we recommend you arrive on February 2. If not, plan to arrive in the morning on February 3. We also recommend leaving the evening of February 5.

Where will it take place?
 

All sessions and social events will take place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located at 201 Waterfront St, National Harbor, MD 20745. Learn more about the venue and what it has to offer here.

Will the sessions only be in English?
 

Yes, all RevUP content will be delivered only in English.

Will there be a hybrid/virtual component to the event?
 

This is a 100% in-person event and sessions will not be live-streamed. However, all attendees will gain access to the recordings and presentations of all sessions after the event online via Revizto Education and Development (RED) Academy. We look forward to seeing you there!

Will the sessions be recorded?
 

All of the sessions will be recorded and attendees will get exclusive access to the recordings after the conference.

Will the PPT Presentations be shared?
 

Yes. All attendees will have access to presentations if speakers agree to share it.

How much is a registration pass?
 

Each pass costs $1200 and registration will be open until January 20, 2025.

Additionally, you can take advantage of the pre-conference promotions:

Travel & Accommodations
 
I’m traveling from outside of the United States, how can I get a visa?
 

Please review online the US entry requirements for citizens from your country. We strongly recommend reaching out to your local US embassy or consulate for more details. If you need an invitation letter for your US visa please send a request to revup@revizto.com.

Where should I stay?
 

All learning and social events will take place at or near the Gaylord National so we strongly recommend you take advantage of our limited room block with special room rates. After registering and purchasing a pass, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to our hotel room block with the discounted room rates to stay at the Gaylord Rockies. Please make sure to book your room before January 8, 2025 to take advantage of these discounted rates. To visit the room block page, click here.

*Tax Policy
Room rates shown do not include 18.00% Sales Tax Per Night (subject to change) and a $27 daily resort fee. Total charges presented on the website will include all room taxes but not any applicable resort fees.

The “prevailing” daily resort fee, $27.00 plus applicable tax, will be “added” to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities which will include:

  • Resort-wide Internet Access
  • 24-hour access to the fitness center
  • Sunrise Yoga
  • Access to the indoor junior Olympic-sized pool
  • Transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus
  • Two bottles of Aquafina water in-room
  • Complimentary cookie or piece of fruit at Potomac District Café & Market
  • Welcome cocktail for two people at Harbor Social
  • Up to 20 black and white photo copies at FedEx

Gaylord National Cancellation Policy
One night’s room and tax advance deposit due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

If your stay dates are not available at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center, we have a room block at the Residence Inn by Marriott National Harbor Washington located at 192 Waterfront St, Forest Heights, MD 20745. What’s the closest airport to the venue?
 

There are three airports located around the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

  • BWI (Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport): 44 miles away
  • IAD (Washington Dulles International Airport): 36 miles away
  • DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport): 8 miles away

We highly recommend you use the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Ride sharing (Uber/Lyft) and metro/train is available in the area.

What are the Registration Desk hours?
 

The Registration desk will be open on:

  • Monday, February 3, 11am – 6pm.
  • Tuesday, February 4, 7am – 1:30pm.
What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
 
  • Exhibitor Move-In: Monday, February 3, 9am – 3pm.
  • Expo Hours (Welcome Reception): Monday, February 3, 5pm – 7pm.
  • Expo Hours: Tuesday, February 4, 9am – 4pm.
  • Expo Hours: Wednesday, February 5, 9am – 12:45pm.
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, February 5, 1:00pm – 5pm

How can I download the Attendee App?
 

Please follow these steps to download the Attendee App on your mobile device the week prior to the event:

  • Click here or search for RevUP on the App Store or Google Play
  • Open the app and enter the email address you used to register for the event
  • Create a password and click Sign Up
  • Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event!

How do I connect to the WiFi?
 

As a guest at the Gaylord National, you will be able to connect to the hotel wifi. It is included in your room rate resort fee.

What is the dress code of this event?
 

The conference will be smart business casual.

Certification
 
What is the Certification course being offered?
 

We are excited to share that for RevUP 2025, we will offer access to the online Expert Level 1 & 2 certification (via RED Academy) and launch the live Expert Level 3 certification during the conference. Becoming certified at no additional cost is an exclusive perk for RevUP attendees and requires registration.

Do I need to register for certification?
 

Yes, please complete the pre-registration question during the event registration.

Can I skip Revizto Expert Level 1 and Level 2 to become Expert Level 3 certified straight away?

No. Level 1 and Level 2 are prerequisites for Level 3. Level 3 will be available at the conference but you must preregister to take the course and exam.Space is limited.

What if I have a food restriction?
 

During registration, please complete the food restrictions question. Most of all our food selections cover all food restrictions. We will reach out to you to follow up on specific restrictions.

Will I be recorded or photographed at the event?
 

Revizto will record, photograph, transcribe, film, or conduct similar activities at the Conference. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Conference, you grant to Revizto and its affiliates, agents, employees and assigns an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty- free right and worldwide license, in perpetuity, to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for any purpose relating to their business, all or any part of the following items related to the Conference: all still photographs, and/or any audio or video recordings that Revizto or its contractors make and/or take of you, your voice, or likeness, including the right to use your name, likeness, and biographical information, and all materials (electronic or hard copy) submitted or presented by you, including any materials submitted via social media handles.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?
 

The health and safety of all Conference attendees are of utmost importance, and will take necessary precautions and abide by all applicable local, state, and federal COVID-19 safety measures. Revizto may, at its discretion, impose additional restrictions or change the Conference format to a virtual event in order to protect attendee health and safety.

The Venue is part of Marriott International’s family of brands; they have implemented a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. Learn more about the steps they are taking at GaylordHotelsClean.com.

Revizto will monitor changes to applicable regulations and communicate any changes in safety measures and requirements as RevUP nears.

We strongly encourage attendees to stay home if ill, display signs of illness, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
