Dear Valued Customer,

The current global pandemic is impacting the way we live, work and thrive. During these uncertain times all of us here at Revizto are concerned about the safety and well-being of our community; colleagues, customers, partners, families, friends and all who compose our amazing Revizto Family. Our hearts go out to all of the people and communities who have been personally impacted by COVID-19, and we thank all of those that are doing their part to stop the spread.

At Revizto we take great pride in being the Integrated Collaboration Platform of choice and being trusted to help build great communities in over 150 countries worldwide. In today’s challenging environment, we want to provide you more information as to how we are securing our community and the ones we help build.

Our Dedication to You
Revizto has created an Internal Incident Plan for situations such as COVID to maintain the health of our employees and community. Below includes some of the measures in place for all Revizto employees and data centers.

  • Working Remotely: Revizto is a near 100% remote-work company. All team members are enabled to perform all tasks during these times. In the rare event that an employee must absolutely be on-site they are applying strict social distancing and hygiene guidelines from health authorities like the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
  • On-Site Safety: Where on-site work is essential (for example, server location), the staff is spending only minimal time in essential locations. Staff is required to use gloves and masks for the protection of all on-site personnel.
  • Our Suppliers: Revizto operations are supported by a number of strategic suppliers such as AWS, Zendesk, Atlassian, etc. We have verified and ensured that they have put in place all the necessary actions to apply mitigation practices with their teams, while still maintaining service levels.

We advise all Revizto employees, friends, family and the rest of the AEC community to stay at home as much as possible to curb the infection rate. If any assistance is needed from Revizto, please do not hesitate to reach out at service@revizto.com.
