Revizto MCP Server
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Revizto MCP Server! By accessing or using our Model Context Protocol server (the “MCP Server”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About the MCP Server
The MCP Server lets you connect AI applications and AI Clients—such as large language model assistants and agents—to your Data so they can read, query and, where enabled, act on that Data. These Terms govern your access to and use of the MCP Server.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply.
“AI Client” means any application, assistant, agent or other software that connects to the MCP Server, including third-party large language model (“LLM”) products.
“AI Provider” means the third party that operates an AI Client or its underlying model.
“Authorized Users” means the individuals you permit to use the MCP Server under your Revizto subscription.
“MCP Server” means Revizto’s Model Context Protocol server together with its related endpoints, tools, documentation and access credentials.
“Output” means any response, content, summary, suggestion or action generated by an AI Client using data obtained through the MCP Server.
“Your Data” means the project data, content and information you have entered in the Revizto platform, and that is accessible through your account; it is commonly referred to as “Customer Data” by Revizto.
3. License Grant
Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these MCP Server Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and your underlying Revizto subscription, Revizto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to (a) connect AI Clients to the MCP Server, and (b) where you are a developer, build and operate integrations with the MCP Server, in each case solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use:
You are responsible for your use of the MCP Server, including all activity carried out through your account, by your Authorized Users and by any AI Client you connect. You agree to: (a) configure and operate AI Clients securely and in accordance with Revizto’s documentation (meaning any user manuals or online help files or technical or legal requirements for the Revizto Solution, as may be amended or revised); (b) ensure that only Authorized Users access the MCP Server; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with the terms of any AI Provider or other third party you use; and (d) not use the MCP Server to develop a competing product or service, to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, to transmit malicious code, or in any manner that could overburden, disrupt or impair the MCP Server or Revizto’s other services. You are solely responsible for determining which of Your Data is exposed to an AI Client and for the consequences of exposing it. If you choose to use the MCP Server with data that is sensitive, regulated, confidential, personal, or safety-critical, you assume all risk for doing so.
5. AI Clients, Outputs and Automated Actions
The MCP Server enables AI Clients to access Your Data and may allow them to take actions on your behalf. AI Clients and their underlying models are probabilistic and may produce Outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or otherwise unreliable, and may take unintended actions. You acknowledge that you—and not Revizto—are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and validating all Outputs and any proposed actions before relying on or acting upon them, in particular where they may affect project decisions, designs, safety or regulatory compliance. Revizto does not control, endorse, or accept any responsibility for any AI Client, AI Provider or Output.
6. Service Availability and Accuracy
Revizto strives to provide a reliable service, but the MCP Server may be subject to interruptions, delays, maintenance, or limitations, and may at times return inaccurate, incomplete or unreliable data access or extraction. The MCP Server is provided without any guarantee of availability, uptime or performance. You should use any data obtained through the MCP Server with appropriate caution and verification, and should not rely on it as your sole source for critical decisions. Except in connection with any regularly scheduled maintenance, Revizto will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the MCP Server available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage (defined below) of at least 99.5% during any month of the year. The Revizto Solution Service Level Agreement (SLA), integrated as Exhibit A to the Revizto License Subscription Terms and Conditions / End-User License Agreement (EULA), applies to the MCP Server service provided by Revizto. Any support or service level failures are exclusively addressed by the SLA (see https://revizto.com/legal/eula).
7. Security, Credentials and Prompt Injection
You must keep all access credentials for the MCP Server confidential and secure, and you are responsible for all activity occurring under them. You acknowledge that connecting AI Clients to Your Data may introduce security risks, including “prompt injection,” whereby malicious instructions hidden within data or content may cause an AI Client to behave in unintended ways, expose data, or take unauthorized actions. You are responsible for assessing these risks and implementing appropriate safeguards before using the MCP Server with Your Data. You agree to notify Revizto promptly of any suspected security incident, credential compromise or unauthorized use of the MCP Server.
8. Data Access and Third-Party AI Providers
By connecting an AI Client, you instruct and authorize the MCP Server to make Your Data available to that AI Client and its AI Provider. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to share Your Data in this way, and for the AI Provider’s handling of that data under its own terms and privacy policy. Revizto is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any third-party AI Client or AI Provider, including their availability, security, data practices or Outputs.
9. No Reliance on Outputs
The Outputs must not be relied upon for any purpose. They are not professional, engineering, architectural, financial, legal, safety or compliance advice, and they are not a substitute for your own independent judgment, verification and professional review. Any decision you make on the basis of the Outputs is made entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.
10. Confidentiality
In connection with the MCP Server, you may be given access to non-public information, materials and documentation of Revizto, including access credentials and technical information about the MCP Server (“Confidential Information”). You agree not to disclose any Confidential Information, to use it only as necessary to exercise your rights under these Terms, and to protect it using at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information of a similar nature. In no case shall you share, disclose or otherwise make available your access, or the access of any Authorized User, to any party not expressly authorized by Revizto. You understand and acknowledge that any violation of these access restrictions may result in substantial and irreparable harm to Revizto, for which Revizto reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, and shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred in enforcing these restrictions. This provision shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
11. Feedback
We welcome your feedback—report issues, suggest enhancements, and tell us about your experience. This helps us make the MCP Server better for you.
12. No Warranty
The MCP Server is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise that it will work perfectly, be secure or uninterrupted, or meet all your expectations, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk. Service level failures are exclusively addressed by the SLA, per Section 6.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revizto isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to the MCP Server—including any inaccurate or incomplete data access or extraction, any Output, any action taken by an AI Client, project setbacks, security incidents, or other unexpected events—even if Revizto has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent Revizto is nevertheless found liable, its total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the MCP Server and these Terms shall not exceed the amounts (if any) paid by you for access to the MCP Server during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or CHF 100 where no such fees have been paid.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Revizto, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, licensors and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the MCP Server; (b) any Output or any action taken by an AI Client you connected; (c) Your Data or your sharing of it with any AI Client or AI Provider; (d) your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (e) any access to or use of the MCP Server by your Authorized Users.
15. Term, Suspension and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you access or use the MCP Server. Revizto may suspend or terminate your access to the MCP Server at any time, including where you breach these Terms, where required for security or legal reasons, or upon termination or expiry of your Revizto subscription. Upon termination you must stop using the MCP Server and, if requested, delete any related credentials and materials in your possession or control. Any provisions that by their nature should survive—including those relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers of warranty, limitation of liability and indemnification—shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
16. Intellectual Property and License Use Restrictions
Revizto and its suppliers reserve any and all rights, implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to you hereunder, and retain all rights, title and interest in and to the MCP Server. You shall not sublicense, modify, adapt, distribute, resell, rent, lease or loan the MCP Server, or reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, port or create or prepare derivative works based upon the MCP Server or any part thereof. You shall not use the MCP Server, any Output, or any of Your Data obtained through it to train, develop or improve any machine-learning model, dataset or product that competes with Revizto. You may not use the MCP Server in contravention of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary rights notice from the MCP Server or related material. You shall not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the MCP Server. If the immediately foregoing provision is prohibited by applicable law, you shall promptly provide Revizto with detailed prior written notice of any such intention to reverse engineer the MCP Server, in which case Revizto shall have the right to control such reverse engineering and to choose the service provider to undertake such work. You shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of the MCP Server.
Revizto alone (and its licensors, where applicable) will retain all intellectual property rights relating to the MCP Server or any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any third party relating to the MCP Server, which are hereby assigned to Revizto. You will not copy, distribute, reproduce or use any of the foregoing except as expressly permitted under these Terms. This is not a sale to you, and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the MCP Server, or any intellectual property rights.
17. Fees and Commercial Terms
Access to the MCP Server may be included with your Revizto subscription or may be subject to additional fees or commercial terms. Revizto reserves the right to introduce, change or discontinue any fees or commercial terms applicable to the MCP Server. Where fees apply, your continued use of the MCP Server is conditional upon payment of those fees and acceptance of the applicable terms.
18. Processing of Personal Data
Revizto will process any personal data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and the Federal Act on Data Protection of September 25, 2020 of the Swiss Confederation, and with its privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you make accessible to an AI Client may lawfully be processed in that manner, and for obtaining any consents or providing any notices required for that processing.
19. Changes to the Terms and the MCP Server
Revizto may modify, update or discontinue the MCP Server, in whole or in part, and may amend these Terms, at any time. We will make any updated Terms available to you, and your continued use of the MCP Server after they take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
20. Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms supplement, and form part of, the agreement between you and Revizto governing your use of Revizto’s products and services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the MCP Server, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to the conflicts of law rules thereof. Any claim or dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts. These Terms shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
22. Agreement
Using the MCP Server means you accept these Terms, and agree to abide by them, acknowledging the critical importance of protecting Revizto’s intellectual property and maintaining the confidentiality of its Confidential Information. If you don’t agree, let us know and don’t use the MCP Server.
Thank you for using Revizto!
