Why AECO teams choose Revizto
for stadium delivery
Stadiums built with Revizto
From $700M arenas to $2.5B NFL venues, Revizto is the coordination
platform trusted on the world's most complex stadium builds.
Delivering the NFL's largest design-build stadium in 31 months
Allegiant Stadium is the $1.97 billion home of the Las Vegas Raiders — the largest design-build stadium ever built in the NFL. The 65,000-seat facility features a retractable natural turf field, a translucent roof, and one of the most advanced distributed antenna systems in professional sports. The Mortenson | McCarthy joint venture coordinated more than 200 firms and 70+ subcontractors across a design-build structure that demanded real-time alignment at every level.
Revizto served as the central hub for design coordination and implementation across the entire project — connecting designers and contractors from around the world in a single collaborative environment. Issues were logged, assigned, and resolved within the model, directed to the right team member and addressed before they could affect schedule or budget. Digital modeling was embedded from the start to drive performance and maximize efficiency.

$25M under budget
Allegiant Stadium was delivered on time and $25 million under budget — one of the most financially successful NFL stadium deliveries on record.
Expedited construction schedule
From notice to proceed to substantial completion, Allegiant is one of the fastest modern NFL stadiums ever built, completed within a 31-month window.
200+ firms, one coordinated environment
More than 200 firms worked within a single digital environment, keeping alignment across organizational boundaries throughout the build.
On time and on budget in Christchurch's most complex build
One New Zealand Stadium at Te Kaha is the final anchor project in Christchurch's post-earthquake rebuild: a seismically resilient, 36,000-capacity multi-use venue designed for rugby, football, concerts, and major events. Delivered by BESIX Watpac with design by Populous and Warren and Mahoney, the stadium features a permanent roof and natural grass pitch, requiring massive parallel modeling for airflow, acoustics, and light.
Revizto unified every discipline across the global design and construction team in a single shared environment, keeping coordination tight across a build of exceptional technical complexity and compressed timelines. Project managers and Christchurch City Council received direct access to the same model view as every other stakeholder — creating the transparency that drove faster, more informed decision-making throughout delivery.

On schedule delivery
Delivered on time and now fully operational — a result that wouldn't have been possible without every team working from one shared, current model.
Full stakeholder transparency
City Council and project leadership had the same real-time model access as the construction team. That visibility built trust and eliminated the approval delays.
Cross-discipline coordination
Structural, MEP, acoustics, airflow, and light modeling ran in parallel across international teams — all unified in Revizto, with no version conflicts and no coordination gaps.
