Revizto opens the data layer

For too long, project data has lived exactly where it was created, and nowhere else. A fire rating buried in a model. A clash history locked behind a login. An issue thread only one specialist knows how to pull. Today, Revizto is opening that data up.

We're launching three connected capabilities that give AECO teams direct, secure access to their project data and the freedom to connect the tools and AI they already trust: the Model & Object Properties API, the MCP Server, and the Developer Portal.

The problem we're solving

We're solving three critical problems:

• The manual/specialist bottleneck. Too often, BIM/VDC leads must stop high-value coordination to open a model, export to Excel, clean the data, and email it, often at the request of a teammate who needs an answer ASAP.
• The AI free-for-all. Teams already have access to AI, but without a shared connection to project data, that access becomes scattered, duplicated effort. More tools, more noise, no real ROI.
• The enterprise data dilemma. For CIOs and CTOs, the problem is a lack of control. AI use is being throttled by legitimate questions: where does our data go? Who trains on it? What's our regulatory exposure?

What's new

Model & Object Properties API. 

A read-only API giving direct access to model and object-level model metadata without opening Revizto. It rounds out an API that already covers issues, clashes, 2D and 3D metadata, user management, and a Power BI connector. Feed live quantities into cost estimation tools, build progress and carbon-impact dashboards, or push validated asset data into procurement and facility management systems at handover. Learn more.

A no-code connector that lets you point your own AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or a private LLM, directly at your Revizto project data. Project Intelligence Blueprint. 

A working Claude Cowork dashboard showing what's possible on top of the MCP Server today, built from our Industry Consultants' expertise. It offers five views, ranging from a morning brief to cross-project pattern analysis, all live via the MCP Server and cited back to source. Available now on GitHub.

Developer Portal. 

A self-serve home for anyone building on the Revizto API. Register apps, authenticate with standard OAuth 2.0, and get direct updates as the platform evolves, replacing manual access-code handling for good.
