IPD 2.0: From Rebuild to Business as Usual

Time
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Location
Christchurch Town Hall
Language
English

Following the success of our 2025 Wellington round table and white paper on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), we’re continuing the conversation with a follow-up event exploring IPD through the lens of the Christchurch rebuild - a moment when the industry broke down silos and embraced more connected ways of working.

As the urgency of the rebuild fades, so too can the progress it created. Bringing together senior leaders, this session will reflect on what Christchurch taught us about integrated, data-driven collaboration (IPD 2.0) and explore how we make that level of alignment, transparency, and shared ownership the norm, and not just a response to crisis.

This session will establish an executive working group to actively drive IPD 2.0 into business-as-usual practice across New Zealand and beyond.
