If your organization uses more than one Revizto license, you know the administrative overhead that comes with it. SSO needs to be configured for each license separately. Adding a new employee to three licenses means doing the same steps three times. When someone leaves, you have to remember every license they had access to and manually remove them from each one.

It's the kind of operational drag that costs real time. For IT teams and admins managing large organizations, it adds up. Today, we're changing that with centralized enterprise controls in Revizto Workspace.

Introducing centralized enterprise controls

There’s a new hierarchy level in Workspace: the organization account. It sits above your individual Revizto licenses and becomes the home for company-wide settings, user management, and security configuration.

For current customers, when you log in to Workspace, you'll see a new organization account for each of your existing licenses. From there, you can consolidate them into a single account or structure them in whatever way makes sense for how your organization is set up. Your existing admin roles carry over automatically: license super administrators become account owners, and license administrators become account admins.

SSO and authentication: configure once, apply everywhere

Authentication has moved from the license level to the organization account level. This means you set up SSO once, and it applies across every license in your account. Required two-factor authentication follows the same pattern.

For organizations that previously had to maintain separate SSO configurations per license, this is a direct reduction in administrative overhead and a more consistent security posture.

User management across the whole organization

Account owners and admins can now see and manage every user across all licenses in the account from a single interface. That includes onboarding and offboarding.

Onboarding a new team member who needs access to three licenses now takes one step instead of three. Offboarding someone is even more streamlined: rather than trying to remember every license a departing employee had access to, you can find them in the account-wide view and remove their access across all licenses in a single action. That matters both for security and for compliance.

Better visibility for BIM managers, IT, and security teams

New pages in Workspace support this consolidated view:

  • License administration gives admins a consolidated view of all licenses in the account, with license-level tools (users, projects, dashboards, activity, logs) accessible from the corresponding license page.
  • Project administration shows projects from different licenses in one place based on your permissions, so you can manage projects across licenses without switching views.
  • Account log captures account-level and license-level events in a single log with license filtering, giving you an audit trail that spans your entire organization.

Questions that used to require switching between licenses, like:

  • “Where does this user have access?"
  • "Are we approaching the user limit on any license?"
  • "Who has 2FA enabled?"

…can now be easily answered in one place.

Who benefits from centralized controls?

These changes are most impactful for organizations with more than one Revizto license; for example, large contractors, owner organizations, and enterprise accounts where multiple business units maintain separate licenses. The admins, IT teams, BIM managers, and security teams responsible for governing those environments will see the biggest benefit.

What stays the same

This release is focused on administration. Your project workflows are unchanged, and no Revizto app update is required.

A few features remain license-scoped for now: cross-project dashboards still work within a single license, and project roles remain at the license level. We are already working on extending both to the account level. Stay tuned.

Getting started

Enterprise controls are available in Revizto Workspace now. When you log in, you'll see the new organization account structure. If you manage multiple licenses, we recommend consolidating them into a single organization account to take full advantage of centralized administration.
